I sure I would not have the patience for such detailed work, but the results must be so gratifying. Not to mention you needed a creative outlet to rest your mind from decluttering and center your soul. I hope you get good weather soon, and we shall get updates of your summer tours. chavlinesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10907844942343152129noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-942892890615806086.post-37428763746178344222019-05-21T06:56:46.127-05:002019-05-21T06:56:46.127-05:00What a great team! We could have gotten far more fancy with the window, but time is of the essence. I guess this was as close to instant gratification as we'll get in stained glass. He is also using up some rosin-core lead solder which makes a terrible mess to clean, it is the stickiest stuff! He promises next time to use something else for solder, and I sure hope he does. You are officially invited to send me all of your glass for foiling! :-) Karenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18368318730124533690noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-942892890615806086.post-35301404360816797272019-05-20T10:34:36.107-05:002019-05-20T10:34:36.107-05:00Thank you, Beth!

Foiling is my least favorite part of the process as centering the glass on the foil takes me an eternity. Probably why I'm more of a leader. Liquid flux is much easier to clean up than paste. Happy new garden art to you. Hope this encourages the sun to shine in your area soon!outlawgardenerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08273973572989510382noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-942892890615806086.post-67753962714762730362019-05-20T08:36:26.095-05:002019-05-20T08:36:26.095-05:00You and Carl do beautiful work, Karen!
