We're Still Here

Summer is over and fall is upon us once again.  This year has been challenging in so many ways, but we're still here.

The hut remodel is still dragging on, we are getting down to the smaller details now, but there is still a lot to be done before the snow flies.  I've been absent from blogging due to lacking time to write as much as I'd like.  We've got the ongoing construction here and sadly, the demolition of my late mom's house at the moment, so it seems all we do is work, but I guess it keeps us out of trouble.  :-)

With a little luck, I hope to one day write a Hut Remodel post with the title, 'It's DONE!'

It's coming soon.  (I hope.)

So happy to see even this short post from you! That last shot of the front of your new old house -- wow! It's so beautiful. You should both be proud of all the work you did on it. Have a great fall!

Oh, Karen, it looks gorgeous!!! Amazing transformation!!! I was hoping to hear from you soon. I'm sorry about having to demo your Mom's home. I'm sure it's sad for you, with all the memories there.
Peace and blessings, Beth

Sheree, thank you! Good to hear from you, too!

Alison, hello! Thank you about the house, I couldn't stand not having the landscaping done any longer than we had to, so we dropped a lot of other tings we should have been doing and plopped in some rocks and flowers. :-)

Beth, thank you. Yes, demolishing Mom's home has been the hardest thing so far, but we have no choice, sadly. We're trying to save elements of the house so not all will be lost.

Oh, here you are! Must say, I was worried. So relieved all is well and the projects of life keeps going on. The front rockery is stunning! Well done.
